About Me

Paul Sikinger
Coach Paul Sikinger has been involved with the game of soccer his whole life. After finishing up his college playing days at UW-Whitewater and Cardinal Stritch University he continued to play year round in local indoor/outdoor leagues while competing in the state amateur league in Wisconsin. While playing, he developed a passion for coaching and leadership through youth soccer. This passion has led him to many different coaching pathways in youth soccer that has helped him develop knowledge and experience while serving youth players. Throughout the years, Coach Sikinger has taken on important leadership roles in the NCAA and youth while also making time to privately train players that wanted more. Most recently, Currently, Coach Sikinger leads the Girls Academy program at SC Wave. Coach Sikinger worked as an assistant coach at Marquette University for the women’s soccer program. Before Marquette he was a part of the FC Wisconsin ECNL staff and fulfilled the leadership roles of directing the Pre-ECNL and Regional League. While coaching and directing at the club level, coach Sikinger ran the Germantown High School girls program as the head coach for Varsity for 12 years. He has been giving players individual attention and pushing them to take their skills to the next level for many years. Coach Sikinger will continue training committed, hard working players that want to get better throughout the year! In addition to coaching, coach Sikinger has gained valuable experience and knowledge in the world of college recruiting. He knows what it takes to play and be recruited at every level in the NCAA. His connections and relationships within the NCAA, ECNL, GA, and USYS have led him to start up a mentorship program on top of his individual and small group training. He is excited and looking forward to maintaining and building more relationships that will help players achieve their goals and navigate them through the sometimes stressful world of college recruiting.
